Interfaces

The library is implemented in C++. All functions of the PVG.lib are achieved via a C API. Currently the PVG.lib runs under Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems from MS Windows 2000 or higher. Platform-specific functions were purposely avoided during the design of PVG.lib to ensure that the library can be ported with little or no work.
